After pulling some tarot cards and meditating on the meaning, she intuitively paints the message that comes to her. Rather than what someone literally looks like, her symbol-laden style will gives folks an insight to different aspects of their personalities. brandee loves celebrating people’s individual strengths and has enjoyed seeing how similar symbols keep returning throughout this series.

She enjoys playing with intuition and rewarding those willing to take the leap.
She likes to describe her artwork as “symbol-laden” and loves seeing how similar elements in her work get rearranged while working with different energies. She often feels called to use various techniques, shapes, and colors based on the energy calls for. The readings are written after finishing the painting, brandee writes down some of the insights that came through while working through the painting process. Often she uses the painting like an oracle card, looking for the story inherent to the piece.
